To educate and influence all members of SRS and its working partners to accept Safety, Health and Environmental policies, practices and procedures that prevent losses arising from preventable causes. The management and all levels of supervision must take safety as equal important to quality, productivity and cost management. Each individual has legal and moral obligations towards the safety and health of employees under his control. This responsibility must be accepted by everyone who conducts the affairs of our company.
Observance of this policy by everyone is necessary to obtain the optimum level of safe working conditions and accident free performance for our company and our client’s advantage.
Safety is one of our core values and we believe safety practices are essential to protect the very foundation of our company. Every day, we plan safety into each task to meet our goal - zero injuries, which means zero negative impact to our workers, the project, and the client. Every person on the worksite shares equally the responsibility to maintain a safe working environment. Foremen and supervisors are directly accountable to management for the workers safety. Employees are encouraged to actively participate in creating safety solutions through our program.
